Selecting the right Tenant for you is more important than just finding any Tenant.
At Thornley Groves we pride ourselves not only on the quality of our properties but on the quality of our Tenants.
We interview every prospective Tenant, check their credit record, qualify their employment/income information and, where possible, acquire a previous Landlord using an independent referencing company.
Thornley Groves has built its reputation by keeping all our clients fully informed.
From the day we list the property, feedback is essential if you’re going to minimise the void periods and agree a rental.
We’ll report all viewers’ comments and make recommendations on price, presentation and furnishings as we go along.
Thornley Groves collect the first month’s rent prior to the Tenant moving in. We will also collect the Tenants security deposit if you require us to register it with an approved scheme on your behalf.
Our fees are deducted and any remaining funds will be forwarded by electronic transfer and a statement of account will be provided by email.
If you instruct Thornley Groves to manage your rental property we will demand and collect rent for the tenant(s) monthly ongoing by standing order.
We can also offer Rent & Legal Protection covering you for rental arrears and legal costs should the unlikely need arise to re-take possession of your property. For more details please contact the relevant Manager detailed within the Property Management contact list (see the Contacts menu option).
