Rent & Legal Protection

Rent & Legal Protection: Guarantee your rental income and protect yourself from the cost of obtaining legal possession of your property in the event that your Tenant(s) default their rental payments or if they complete any Tenancy breach that gives grounds for possession.

This service is available to Managed Landlords only, at a charge of £24.90 a month, inclusive of VAT (net £20.75).

By spending £298.80 including VAT (net £249.00) over the course of 12 months, you have a guaranteed rental income of £9,360, based on a monthly rent of £780.

For all new customers, your management charge will be inclusive of 3 months free cover, giving you complete peace of mind. Therefore, in Y1, the cost of cover will be £224.10 inclusive of VAT (net £186.75), which equates to a monthly spend of £18.68 including VAT (net £15.56) across 12 months.

A big risk removed, by a small monthly cost!
