Hi, I'm Clare.

I am branch manager at Swinton. I oversee our busy Sales department alongside 3 fantastic, team members. Together we strive to offer a pro-active, enthusiastic and personal service to all our customers.

We recently incorporated with another very well-known estate agents in the area, Carr and Hume. We will be bringing both teams together to create the best service for our clients and vendors.

Our Swinton Team are very excited about this new chapter and the chance to welcome some experienced faces to our established team! We're looking forward to helping even more clients successfully sell or buy in the area!

We're proud to be an award winning estate agent. Open six days a week, we also provide out of hours accompanied viewings at a time to suit the viewer.

Located on Folly Lane, our Swinton branch occupies what used to be Carr and Hume, which has recently incorporated with Thornley Groves in 2021. We offer longer opening hours than our competitors and are also open on Bank Holidays. We have full-time members of staff working six days of the week to ensure you receive the best service when you are starting your property search.

Swinton has an experienced and hardworking Sales and Lettings teams headed up by Branch Manager Clare Carpenter who has an extensive understanding of the Swinton area, having worked in estate agency for over 25 years. Swinton itself has always proved to be a popular and attractive location for families and is home to many nurseries, primary and secondary schools. Further to this, there are popular leafy parks dotted in and around Swinton and the surrounding areas, including Moorside Park, home to local football and cricket clubs.
