Basic salaries start at £27,000 to £30,000 and are negotiable depending on experience. Realistic and achievable uncapped commission structure at industry highs…your earning potential is limitless!

Job description

This a fabulous job for someone who has at least two years residential lettings experience and wants to manage a fast paced estate agency. We are the market leader in our Sale branch which sits south of Manchester City Centre and this is an excellent opportunity for a property professional to further their career.

Role Summary:

  • Manage the Lettings operations on a day to day basis
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates to the Director and other Executives
  • Ensure the Lettings Consultants and Administrator are highly motivated
  • Ensure targets are reached on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Train and assist Lettings Consultants and Administrator with all aspects of their work
  • Closely monitor and support the Letting Administrator to ensure all legally required information is completed as necessary
  • Ensure that the information available on the local rental market is up to date and provide updates to Executive personnel on any changes within the market place
  • Undertake valuations for Landlords providing them with accurate information on the local market and the property they are looking to rent, offering suggestions for improving their likelihood of a successful let where necessary
  • Ensure high market share in the competitive local area • Identify possible opportunities within the local market place and suggest ways to make use of the opportunities 
  • Act as point of contact for clients • Ensure that the stock levels are monitored and opportunities to relist properties which are due to return to the market are capitalised on
  • Present a high standard of professionalism throughout all interactions with colleagues and clients 
  • Ensure high level of communication between Lettings Department and Property Management Department 
  • Handle commission and other payment details on a monthly basis for team
  • Handle personnel reviews when required • Undertake daily lettings tasks to support team during busy periods 
  • Undertake lettings viewings and other appointments to support team during busy periods
  • You should only apply for this role if: 

  • You are passionate about the property industry and are keen to join a successful and growing business
  • You have previous experience in the industry, with property Lettings and in a management type role 
  • You are ARLA qualified. Not essential but preferable 
  • You have a strong knowledge of the local area or at the very least, the Industry 
  • You have a natural selling ability • You have a natural flair for and enjoy dealing with people and, always look to provide the best customer service 
  • You are articulate with strong negotiating skills

    We require 1 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Full Manual UK Driving Licence required for this role.
