Attractive salary and commission structure, negotiable depending on experience. OTE of £20,000 to £25,000 / year.

Role Summary:

Registration and management of your personal applicants on an electronic database.

Schedule accompanied viewing in your diary and engage with clients.

Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls.

Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords.

Generate and negotiate offers to deliver a mutually satisfactory conclusion for both prospective tenant and landlord.

Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction is achieved.

Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions, clarify any queries and mediate compromises where necessary

Experience in selling, letting or managing property is essential in this role. As a result we require 1 years experience in a similar role.

Full Manual UK Driving Licence required for this role.
