Salary / Remuneration

Basic salaries start at £16,500 to £20,000 and are negotiable depending on experience. Realistic and achievable uncapped commission structure, with OTE of £20,000 -£25,000.

Role Summary:

  • Registration and management of your personal applicants on an electronic database.
  • Schedule accompanied viewing in your diary and engage with clients.
  • Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls.
  • Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords.
  • Generate and negotiate offers to deliver a mutually satisfactory conclusion for both prospective tenant and landlord.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction is achieved.
