Role Summary:

  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation is completed.
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions, clarify any queries and mediate compromises where necessary.
  • Process payments in relation to tenancies.
  • Ensure that all databases are maintained and regularly updated.
  • Registration of Buyers and Tenants on database system.
  • Arrange viewings and encouraging additional viewings to those who may be interested.
  • Match properties with potential Tenants and encourage viewings.
  • Ensure feedback is clearly detailed on database system and discuss feedback received with the Manager in the morning meeting.
  • Provide feedback to Landlords.
  • Ensure high level of communication with the Property Management Department.
  • Undertake lettings viewings and other appointments to support team during busy periods.
