Easter Bank Holiday Weekend Opening


ALL the Thornley Groves’ offices are CLOSED for business on Good Friday April 3rd and OPEN for business as usual over the rest of the Bank Holiday Weekend Saturday 4th April to Monday 6th April inclusive with the exception of Manchester City Centre offices which CLOSE on Sundays.

Our South Manchester Offices in Hale, Altrincham, Sale & Urmston will be OPEN 8.30am-5pm Saturday & 9.30am – 5pm Sunday & Monday.

Our Manchester Offices at Whitworth Street West, Tib Street (Northern Quarter), John Dalton Street and Chapel Street (Salford) will be OPEN 8.30am-5pm Saturday, 9.30am – 5pm Monday & CLOSED Easter Sunday

IF YOU ARE A TENANT IN A PROPERTY MANAGED BY THORNLEY GROVES, Please note we do not offer a 24 hour management service and our South Manchester Property Management Department will be CLOSED April 3rd-April 6th inclusive.

Our City Centre Property Management Department will be OPEN Easter Monday 9.30am – 5pm & CLOSED on Easter Friday, Saturday April 4th & Sunday April 5th.

Outside of these hours tenants may wish to organise their own emergency remedies by calling the appropriate utility providers or the emergency services as follows:

Gas leak – National Grid on 0800 111 999.

Fire Service on 999.

Break in – The Police on 0161 872 5050.

The vast majority of property issues can wait until the next working day when you will be able to contact your Property Manager.
