<p>I wish to draw your attention to two of your members of staff at the Northern Quarter Branch, Lucy Raines and Daniel Castille.</p>
<p>We have recently moved into one of your properties and have dealt primarily with Lucy and Daniel. As first time tenants we were naturally apprehensive and we literally pestered both Lucy and Daniel for over two weeks! Yet still they remained professional and completely patient with us. They succeeded in achieving our desired moving in date and were totally accommodating in meeting with us to sign the contracts.</p>
<p>Lucy – Has been a real star! We have dealt with her on numerous occasions and the level of service she provided was unrivalled in comparison to other agents we have dealt with. She made the process as stress free as possible, and fun! Lucy made sure everything went through in time for us to move in, and her organisation ensured that there were no hurdles in our way.</p>
<p>Daniel – Again, he was worked really hard to ensure we moved in on the date we wanted. He responded to our questions and emails way beyond normal office hours. (10PM) This level of customer care was way beyond our expectations and was such a breath of fresh air! It saved us evenings of worrying and made sure the process was as enjoyable as possible.</p>
<p>It is worth mentioning that from the outset Thornley Groves were head and shoulders above other letting agents in Manchester, you showed up to viewings, were knowledgeable about your properties and the letting procedure and informed us of alternative apartments which may have suited our requirements. It may sound as if that is an obvious requirement of a letting agent but it certainly wasn’t the case in our experience, you were the only ones who did this!</p>

<p>IF YOU ARE A TENANT IN A PROPERTY MANAGED BY THORNLEY GROVES, Please note we do not offer a 24 hour management service and our South Manchester Property Management Department will be closed April 22-25 inclusive.</p>
<p>Our City Centre Property Management Department will be open on Saturday May 28th &amp; Monday May 30<sup>th</sup> 9.30am – 5pm.</p>
<p>Outside of these hours tenants may wish to organise their own emergency remedies by calling the appropriate utility providers or the emergency services as follows:</p>
<p>Gas leak – National Grid on 0800 111 999.</p>
<p>Fire Service on 999.</p>
<p>Break in – The Police on 0161 872 5050.</p>
<p>The vast majority of property issues can wait until the next working day when you will be able to contact your Property Manager. <p>The number of tenants registered with Thornley Groves – Manchester’s leading Estate Agents &#8211; has increased 117 percent since the start of the year, propelling demand for rented property in the city centre to an all time high.</p>
<p>These figures follow two recent reports from Thornley Groves indicating that sales activity across Manchester has also increased significantly this year.</p>
<p>The number of people looking for rented accommodation in the city centre traditionally increases in July, driven in large part by the influx of university students into the area ahead of the new academic year.</p>
<p>Significantly however, numbers are up more than 50 percent on July 2009, having reached their highest peak in recorded history. We really are seeing more people than ever before looking for Manchester lettings!</p>

In short, we are seeing huge increases in Manchester property market activity across the board – and this is of course fantastic news for home-sellers and purchasers alike!</p>
