305% Increase in Sales Agreed


The Hale and Altrincham offices of Thornley Groves Estate Agents have reported a 300% increase in sales agreed in the 3 months of September October and November 2009 compared with the same period last year.

Branch Manager Glyn Reacroft confirmed that viewings on properties for sale in the same period increased by 34% to 2405 even though stock levels are 30%  lower than this time last year.

Asking Price Reduced by £551,000 !


Serious home seller slashes price to attract millionaire bargain hunters – asking price is now £1 million below recommended asking price! 

When a home owner drops his asking price by more than half a million pounds you know he means business!

Such a large reduction in the asking price of a house could be interpreted as a sign either that the home owner is desperate to sell or that the original asking price was unrealistic, however in the case of the proposed sale of 47 Carrwood Hale Barns neither is true.
