What you can expect

Our Letting Fee covers the marketing and advertising of your property and finding you a suitable tenant.

Consultants take each prospective tenant through their property search, so are best placed to match them to your property.

Viewings will take place at a time to suit the viewer and will always be accompanied; being open later than any other agent in the surrounding areas this gives us greater capacity to reach a wider audience of potential tenants ensuring that the most suitable tenant is found for you. 

Consultants also have access to the sales database, giving prospective buyers and sellers the option to rent your home if a sale is delayed; this is something that regularly occurs.

Select the right tenant

Selecting the right tenant for you is more important than just finding any tenant.  At Thornley Groves we pride ourselves not only on the quality of our properties but on the quality of our tenants. We check their credit record, take character references from an employer and, where possible, a previous landlord using an independent referencing company.

Keeping you informed

Thornley Groves has built its reputation by keeping all our clients fully informed. 

From the day we list the property, feedback is essential if you’re going to minimise the void periods and agree a rental. 

We’ll report all viewers’ comments and make recommendations on price, presentation and furnishings as we go along.
